"The room was very nicely decorated and a lot larger than we anticipated! For a hostel, we were impressed by the security codes specific to each guest for both the front door and your private room door. I will say there was a random sock when we entered our room, which made me question whether the room had been cleaned, but sheets and towels seemed clean to us! "It was such a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Washington DC. Very easy to walk to a grocery store or walk to a good restaurant. Also not too far from the National Mall. The room was very comfortable and the service was lovely. We had a wonderful stay. The in-house restaurant, however, was a bit pricey. Otherwise - everything was good."

"Only issue we had, was a room door that didn't close tightly. This was do to the ongoing remodel I believe. And it still locked and closed. Just had a lot of movement once closed. Everything else was great and we had no other issues at all. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful."
