After a 5 hour drive, we arrived well before check-in time. The receptionist, Misty, was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to “check-in” so I could leave my car parked in the parking lot while we waited for a room to become available. She even found us a room with double beds (which was not available when I originally booked through Expedia). Our room was very clean, the continental breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of items, and when I called down to the front desk for more towels and toilet paper they were immediately brought up to our room. I would definitely book to stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The choices of the breakfast were disappointing and also they were out of toothbrush at the reception. My husband forgot to pack one and we were expecting the hotel must have some for people who forgot to bring it. I think that was bad inventory control.

This property was conveniently located for the things we were doing during our stay. Pierre was excellent at getting us checked in. The only issue we had was the battery needed changing in our card reader for the door. Not sure this ever got completely resolved. GM got us a new key card but that didn’t fix the issue. We will be back as there was much to explore in Pittsburgh, PA.

Great location. Visiting Univ of Pitt for athletic events. Walking distance to Peterman center. Not thrilled about having to pay for hotel parking but that is city life. Staff were friendly, room was nice.

I stayed here because my mom was in the hospital at UPMC Presbyterian. Front desk was friendly, the room was clean and most importantly, I could easily walk to the hospital. Convenient and good for what I needed.
