"1500 checkin but we were not given a room til after 1535. Hotel a "little tired". Dust on coffee table and desk tops. Bathroom clean but a little dingy. Great location if attenfing a show at Princess theatre. No free to air television channels Not a 5 star as it is supposed to be rated. We were given a room upgrade as the room was still not ready by the time they gave us the room."
