"Staff very friendly and welcoming. A.C was turned on prior to our arrival on a hot day. Despite the age of our cabin and the construction standards of the day, it has been upgraded over time to a lovely standard. Shower was exceptional ( heat and water pressure) after long days out. AC was very cool. This is our 2nd stay here and the same owners. The only down side is the road traffic near the front row of cabins and especially the trucks that hoon past at all hours. Otherwise Lovely. 👍"

"We had a wonderful stay at Riverlands, the cabin was neat and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool as it was so clean and the perfect temperature. Thanks for a lovely holiday and we will definitely be back. "

"Cosy and quiet area, very peaceful stay. The cabins were bigger and nicer than I expected, had everything you need. Surrounded by horse paddocks and a great place to watch the stars at night. Loved it! "

"Access to the beach was at the back of the park. Short 5 min drive into Portland. Owners were lovely, and their dog Jack. Very quiet given the amount of people there. "

"Overall we had a good experience at the property. It had a central location in the centre of town and walking distance to the shops. Despite this the area was quiet and safe, with ample facilities and a jumping pillow for the kids. The cabin itself was spacious and clean, though the kitchen was lacking a couple of utensils that we always use (kitchen shears and a turner for cooking). Still, we enjoyed a nice, relaxing stay. Would book here again if we find ourselves in Portland in the future."

"We had a Grampians booking cancelled at short notice due to bush fires. Luckily we fond this cottage at short notice. We and our little dog thoroughly enjoyed it and will stay again."

"My friends and I booked this place as an emergency stay as we had been hit by a massive wave and all our belongings were wet or broken. It was a fun campsite as we stayed in a cabin. They had a super fun games room and everything so we weren’t bored. The only issue I have is the laundry situation, they have a laundry room which is great but it only takes gold coins. When we got there there was no reception or staff available and so we had to ask people to change our notes for coins, also we...
