"Clean and tidy, staff are friendly. Close to flinders st train station around 5 to 10 mins walk, tram outside the hotel. Not the most convenient spot but transport is easily accessible. Location is a bit off the main cbd and it gets a bit quiet at night. I found it not very safe to stay out too late as I travelled alone with a young child but no problem for a group of ppl. Pillow was not comfy bed was ok. Overall stay was good. However will try other hotels next time we visit Melbourne. "

Whilst we are not frequent hotel users, it was amazing to stay somewhere and witness a next-level establishment where all the staff nailed their roles to perfection.
