Modern hotel with spacious twin room which had lots of outlets to charger your devices. Located in CBD so close to all restaurants and transportation; entrance is not impressive but it seems most of entrances in this city were side street entrances. High style in Melbourne

The Hyatt Centric Melbourne is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. It has a great sense of design In every detail. In every detail Langford's, The rooftop restaurant, is gorgeous and has delicious food. The staff are courteous and kind. As a lap swimmer, I loved the 25 m pool! And this hotel is incredibly convenient for transportation, just a short walk from the sky bus and the the Southern Cross railway station.

The shower, toilet, and sink were separated by glass walls, but unfortunately, the shower water consistently ran across the floor and escaped the shower compartment. ​However, I was impressed with how knowledgeable the staff were about the local area and its businesses. The complimentary city tour by Stevie, a staff member, was an excellent chance to learn about the neighborhood. Thank you, Stevie!
