"Property was very good clean and comfortable could not fault it.Some guest r very noisy no respect for others.Street noise is loud until the early hours not much fun for light sleepers like me."

"Nice property. Now its a bit old. I had stayed here before in 2022 around May-June. Even then the rooms and furniture appeared used and old. Its still the same. Its not bad at all but i stayed at the Aspire on King St for a few nights and now Adina on Flinders does look a bit old compared to that. The appliances and decor look old. However, on the location and on the amenities are as described and all in working order. Over all a nice place to stay. Centrally located, good area, grocery shop...
