Best location, right in the middle of the city, pretty much close to everything like chinatown, malls, trams, theatre. Great views from the king size high level floor so i would highly recommend that room when booking. Nice big room and comfy bed. Had a really good stay. Staff were excellent and very accomodating. Hotel rooms were newly renovated and very modern. Location is on the edge of the city but very walkable so was good. Only issue was the lifts were having maintenance which definitely took away some of the experience. Had to wait for extended times or even use their service elevator at one point. Also very loud during the day but it’s fine if you are out. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms either, maybe due to the maintenance going on. Regardless still had a very good stay and would recommend.

They didn't call when room was ready and room service got a but upset when i asked for ice bucket a few times. my partner lost her watch and when she called they had found it however they didnt call me to let me know when they knew which room it was from, but happy to get back

This hotel was in a great location that allowed me to get around the city quickly by foot or on the #96 tram. It is in the free zone, so if your stay is within that area, there is no extra costs for transport around. The staff were all very friendly. It was also convenient for walking home after a show at the Princess Theatre.

We felt fortunate to get an upgrade, however we were on the 5th floor and the street noise was loud, and sometimes frightening with horns and alarms going off We asked for 2 separate beds but got 1 big bed. The bed was comfortable. The shower leaked water all over the floor which was hard to clean up without more towels
