"An amazing place to stay. Lizzie, Lisa & the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful, willing to assist with any request. The room was large, beautiful decor and the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, loved the indoor pool and sauna, enjoyed the many lounges and beautiful gardens. Highly recommended as a place to unwind and enjoy."

"Very easy self check in, lovely guesthouse, comfortable, quite & very clean. I’d definitely stay again & highly recommend, my main purpose for staying was I attended the Queenscliff Music Festival, I pre purchased my shuttle bus ticket on line which picked me up & dropped me off from door to door. Unfortunately didn’t spend a lot of time at the guesthouse or the area, hopefully next time. "

"Extremely disappointed starting from the demand for a $500 deposit for only one nights stay arriving at 8.45 pm, not using any facilities except the shower and leaving the next morning, To the very Steep and narrow stairway which wasn't mentioned in the ad, - which made it extremely difficult hauling up a heavy suitcase to the top. "This is an unstaffed house with upto 20 or more staying. Not what I thought we were booking at all. No check in information given. We were left to find the property which doesn't appear on google maps in the dark when we arrived no one was there. The phone number on the door was disconnected and when I rang the number on the booking site it Rang out three times before someone answered.
