"On the first day, Wednesday, there was no concierge or staff attending the entrance though they did the next two days. Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. Evening staff checked out the noises in the Junior Suite emanating from other rooms (think it was airconditioning it was very noisy making sleep difficult) They suggested we speak with day staff and have maintenance...

The convenience of value parking alone was worth it. What I was most impressed with was although we had a late check out we opted to check out at earlier 11:15am to shop at DFO. Our bags were left with the concierge and upon returning 2 hours later to leave were told the bags were now in my vehicle out the front! Super impressed the staff were...
