I arranged earliy check in on phone a few days before cruising, once arrived all was ready by paying extra fee. Quiet property, happy hours were nice, self lundery was a smart option, luggage room were awesome and organised, very strategic location to tram_walking_CBD_Supermarkets_southern cross station, only two minor things: room cleaner did well except vacuming, and public holiday no cleaning but charged us already. Its easy access for us as we love walking and wondering around food is easy access on the streets, facility with the price its all good we only use the place to sleep and shower, if you are on holidays you are always on the go. ALL THE STAFF ARE LOVELY and THE restaurant game me FREE ice cubes thats the main thing. The family rate is as PERFECT thats why we gave a bit of NZ chocolate to taste for the staff. Defenitely use it again. Thank you to the staff❤️

Convenient to public transport. Spencer street station is just across the road; I didn't like the air-conditioning which is out of control of tenants. I didn't like the free Wifi. If you have problem, you need to dial outside for assistance which I had spent long time to fix and not quite acceptable as we can't spend too much time on this trivial matter!

No information given about using key cards to use lifts and turn on lights in room- work it out yourself. Skirting boards all filthy and need wash. Staff in restaurant at night- great/ helpful friendly. Desk staff at reception very friendly but should ask if been there b4 and explain keycards. Would stay again . Great location to southern cross.
