"On the first day, Wednesday, there was no concierge or staff attending the entrance though they did the next two days. Reception staff were friendly and processed check-in and che k-out quickly and pleasantly. A bottle of wine was in our room upon arrival, a part of our gold reward. "I liked that it was so close to the Port Arthur Historic Site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was really good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We paid $12 and only got 2 slices of toast. Very limited cereal selection and no hot food. "
