"Remains one of the best in London and the world. I couldn't fault them for anything - visited with my extended family including two children ages 9 and 12. The hotel was amazing for a family vacation. The Dorchester arranged swimming for my nieces in the sister property across the street which has (I am told) an amazing pool and relaxation area. Very glad we chose this hotel as opposed to some of the newer entrants - one of which I visited on this trip for a drink and was very underwhelmed...

"The hotel is in a fabulous position next to Fortnum & Masons, close to theatres and lovely shops. The hotel is very clean and the staff could not do enough for us happily and with a smile, especially Onsenka. It was a trip for my 70th birthday and they went above and beyond. Defo go again. "
