"The property was quite nice in appearance and was safe because it is a gated facility. The staff was very nice and particularly Lucas was very helpful. I got a little lazy and took a taxi to the airport, which the property arranged for the same fee posted on 5th Avenue, but it is located about one mile from ADO Touristica and ADO Alterna bus terminals. Maid service was good, but the mattresses were a little old,but had been covered with a foam layer for better comfort. I would definitely stay...

"Actually my friend stayed here- it was peaceful and quiet. A beautiful piece of art had a fantastic breakfast every morning great Wi-Fi and TV with American channels. He didn’t have a refrigerator but he went to the market and bought a Styrofoam cooler and filled it with ice. The chef was great it’s very secure place And convenient location. "

At first arrival the room smelled of mold, we were then told there was no septic system which meant all toilet paper was to be discarded into a garbage pail. "The place was too noisy for construction next door. I booked for 3 nights, left the facility after the first night for another hotel. I tryed to cancel the other two night by contacting you, It was impossible to communicate with you. I was waiting for hours outside the door with another person because the gate was locked. "Great staff! They were helpful and kept the property and rooms extremely clean. While this is ocean front property the beach is very small and not really swimable. I would not stay here with kids. But it was great for a couple just wanting to relax on the beach. The location is great. Dozens of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance.
