"We had a wonderful vacation at the Grand Riviera Princess. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping provided every day. There were no hidden fees, and the buffet, drinks, and minibar were all included. Room service was excellent. While the variety of foods at the buffet wasn't perfect, it was still quite acceptable. The activities were enjoyable, and some of them were truly outstanding. However, there are a few areas for improvement. There could have been more beds on the beach, and it was surprising that toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the rooms. Additionally, there is a $30 daily fee to access the kids’ club and teens’ club, which we felt was a bit expensive, especially since there were limited activities available for the teens. You have to pay 30$ daily to access kids club and teens club which is too expensive and there were limited stuffs at least for teens. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royalton Splash Cancun, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms that provided all the comforts I could ask for. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention for their impeccable service – the room was always spotless. But what truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was offering personalized recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. It’s rare to experience this level of care and attentiveness, and I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Every single staff member at the hotel was very attentive and helpful all the time. Special mention and thank you to Ricardo and Alan (concierge from Prime office), Serge (butler from diamond club), Gerard (from guest service). My sincere apologies for the names I am missing in this review since every staff member contributed to make our vacation one of the best we have had so far. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service, a comfortable stay, and an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning for future visits!"
