"This is our 3rd trip here. We love that you can cross over to the other princess resorts. We love the amount of pools. The party pool is so loud you can here it from every room and i wish the played different music every other day but itnis dance club all day every day. We only eat buffet at breakfast and lunch it is ok... i have been to worse and this one has variety and different food from day to day. So if you find something you love you may never find it again. The al e carte restaurants were excellent and you dont have to have a reservation just walk up. The resort is showing its age. Things are faded, cracked, etc but they are constantly working cleaning fixing and i bet its hard to fix things when they are constantly full of guests."

"Beautiful resort. The beach is clear from rocks. The serving staff are so sweet. The rooms are nice. Alejandro, Alexis and Perla were our favs! They were so friendly and accommodating in every way. Really made our trip memorable. The resort has theme nights but they had a silent disco which was so boring. So many ppl out and just sitting around with no music for those who were not a part of the disco. Other than that, it was great. The cave dinner was a highlight for us but the resort is not all-inclusive. You have to pay for that and other things such as bowling, trampoline, laser tag etc… the crocodile is free tho hehe kids love that! "

"We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Restaurants were easy to get into and make reservations, buffett was also good! Only negative to the trip was the salespeople trying to book you into the vacation club. We tried a dozen ways to say we would not be making a decision today and I get they have to keep trying but it got annoying at a certain point. If the club would let people think on it and come back you may get people to purchase more. "
