"Property was very clean and nice. Staff were very attentive, would like to thank Alex one of the servers from Kampai, for making our lunches memorable. However, the beach was lacking and the app they used for booking restaurants was unreliable. Lastly, the resort comes with free airport transport, visit to the cenote or catamaran but this was never communicated to us until it was too late to book. However, overall great experience and would definitely come back again."

"I really liked the big rooms they had! We absolutely loved our main floor swim out! We had Erbie who visited us daily to get our drink orders! The room was very clean, the maids did a good job at cleaning and giving us new towels. I didn’t like how they touched our personal belongings such as our toothbrushes and put them in different places on the bathroom counter. They did stock us well on water but lacked on the snacks they only did that once. We loved the catamaran and snorkeling on Maroma...

"The property is located in a great area with easy access to the beach and to restaurants as well 5th Ave. Just steps away from two great restaurants for breakfast and dinner. It is a quiet hotel which is nice if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe, as well lots of green plants/trees for each suite to have privacy (no one is looking into your window which is a nice feature). "Did not appreciate the fact that there were no channels on tv and when I asked I was told “oh tomorrow we can install a tv box….. it was raining and we stayed in the room that night… next day was too late, we where leaving"

"Only issue was getting from the airport to the resort. I had to shop around because the shuttle that works with the resort is very expensive. I was able to book something much cheaper to and from the airport. "

Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"It's our 2nd time going back to this property since 2018. We usually travel as a group of 12-16 people and this is still our favorite property compared to the other 4-5 star resorts that we have stayed at. The staff is very friendly, and now, with 3 connected resorts, there are plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from. They have the most tender steaks, and the quality of the food from the 24-hour room service is amazing. The location is very central to Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and the airport. We will definitely be back. "
