"There is a lot of road noise on the rooms in the front of the property. Person in the next room was very loud at night doing laundry dishes etc after 10pm. Floors were filthy in the room. Had to keep our shoes on the whole time or our feet and socks were black. I did see a cockroach in 1 of the bathrooms in the main pool area on the wall. Mini golf area the boards are broken and the felt is all torn. The basketball area the nets are all ripped. No seating around the basketball court or the volleyball area. Sports rentals close at 6 and the areas are open until 11. We had to go buy a basketball to use after 6pm on certain days. Pools and hot tubs are nice. Was disappointed that there wasn't a laundry area for everyone to use when reading about the property it didn't specify laundry was only available in certain rooms. I believe 1 of the beds in our room was broken and the decor needs a refresh. Had a little table in the living room area but no chairs to sit at. The staff was very kind and pleasant to speak with. "

"Staying at the margaritaville cottages was amazing! It was our first time and we will definitely be going back. The only thing that wasn’t clearly communicated at booking is that this isn’t part of the hotel so you don’t get a change of towels or your bed made unless you call housekeeping 24 hours ahead and there is a charge. I also had to run out and by some multi surface cleaner to wipe everything down before we left as they ask that it be in the condition it was in when you first arrived. Other than that the trip was amazing, super convenient parking in front of your cottage if you drive or rented a car. Publix and target are super close for grocery shopping. You have every appliance you need including washer and dryer in unit, all dishes, cookware and cutlery are included as well so you can do your own cooking. When we left we offered our leftover groceries to one of the neighbour’s so we didn’t have to dispose of items that weren’t opened or barely used! There’s tons of restaurants close by and Disney and universal are a quick 5-10 min drive away. The pools are Margaritaville are amazing, very family friendly. Both pools had a “tiki bar” that served incredible drinks, frozen pina colada’s, daiquiri’s and margaritas. They had a great selection of beers and food at the pool bar! Euphoria Fish, located in the main resort building is wonderful! We went there on our last night and had a j July hbu"
