"First I will say the Villa we were given was comfortable and clean, the guest service was friendly, However when I arrived there was a sign on the front desk stating the main pool, lazy river, and slides would be closed for the duration of my stay. Those were the reasons I chose this resort over locations so to say I was severely disappointed would be an understatement, then to add to the disappointment I was charged the full resort fee even though the biggest without any offer of a fee refund....

"This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient"
