Overall, this hotel was awful as far as appearance. Staff service was pretty good. One of the managers that I spoke to. She was really nice other than that. That’s the only positive that could say about this property.

My family of 4 needed a "base" for activities in Orlando. This hotel served those needs. Maingate gave us a place to rest our heads. We did not use the pool but it seemed ok. We used the mini golf course which was fun but seemed rarely used. Breakfast was better/more than expected. Staff were friendly. It is a VERY dated property and could use some upgrading for sure but the price was fair and we were not expecting the latest, up to date, resort style hotel.

I believe they need more employees to check in, or perhaps it will be easier if we can check in online. The line was very long, and it took a long time to check in. My check it didn't take long I'm assuming b\c it was already paid for.

This hotel overbooked several guests, over 3 nights. They were understaffed and giving out keys to rooms that already had people in them. I would highly recommend not staying here.

This hotel is garbage. Room smelled like cat pee. I waited online to checkin for 2 1/2 hours. When i requested tgem to change my room i was told that they did not have anything available. Quite a few people requested their mony back. Thus place needs to be demolished.
