"Unique setting old town and fun spot america out the front door and nature out the balcony that was screened. There where deer in the yard. A racoon snuck a drink out of the pool while we sat in the hot tub. Great location highly recommend. "

"We got a huge room with a gigantic bath for a very modest price. Since this is a historic property with different room configurations, the results may vary. The directions that guests get to their rooms were fairly clear, but i think food delivery drivers are a bit baffled by the building labeling and numbering. Not a big detractor at all but something to be aware of."

"The Villa was great. Clean and very spacious. There was an issue with my reservation but they took care of it quickly and had me a villa within 15 minutes. Make sure you call them to verify your booking before you go. The hub that does the booking for them is in Daytona. It was quiet until people outside the Villa property decided at 11pm-3am to shoot off fireworks. That was a 1 night event. The villa was clean and the showers were all great walk-ins. I will definitely stay here again but not...

"Great property. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and nice amenities. Small updates needed: cracked sensor for light in kitchen, patch work, tiling in master bathroom floor, etc… Place was very clean. Suggestion- turn down the fire alarm sensor. It kept going off when we would make toast or take food out of the oven. Had to open the windows and doors or turn the fan on to prevent the alarm from going off. Only concern was we experienced others using the trash can assigned to our unit. "
