Very Impressed! Property is well kept and clean. The amenities were great! Not crowded, though not sure if it was just the time we went. It was close to food options, we were able to walk to some of them. Quiet, but still close to all the parks and attractions.

This place is outstanding. My husband and I went here to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. We were surprised with a balloon and box of candy from the staff. In addition, the rooms are very clean and spacious. All of the workers showed professionalism throughout our 5 nights stay. God's willing, whenever we do go back to Kissimmee, this will be our stay place.

We loved our room, and the staff members were helpful and friendly. The decorations and lights for Christmas were amazing! The area behind the resort is an apartment complex and there were loud cars and music late at night on one of the nights we stayed.

The Property was Beautifully decorated for The holidays (Christmas) , The Staff was extremely professional and very pleasant to talk to after a long trip from NJ to Kissimmee FL, The Rooms excited my expectations, it was big and comfortable, it was like a big apartment with 2 big rooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room and a inscreen patio/porch, planty of area for the kids to play and have fun, the resort even had little activities daily, up arrival after check in ,they give a complimented gift, i would definitely stay again, worth the money.

The two bedroom unit with a full kitchen was exactly what we needed for three of us traveling together. We had two full coolers that we were able to empty into the refrigerator and refreeze all of our ice packs. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. All of the staff was very helpful! This is our second visit and we will be back in a few months. My only complaint is that they want you to watch a time share presentation. I said no, not interested. I wish i didn’t have to go through the nagging every visit. It really is a lovely place.
