Extremely lumpy and uncomfortable beds, like warm bath water which we complained about, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. No matter how low I turned the temperature the room only got down to 72.

This hotel gives u a 50 dollar voucher normally they didnt give me any of mine and the food was terrible and the streaming platforms on the tv didnt work at all the whole time i stayed and our shower was leaking and they said they would send someone up immediately and no1 was sent at all

I blind picked this property after a long day at Disney. Walking into the lobby I was pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous it was decorated for Christmas!! The room was perfect and very clean, amenities were never ending also! I’ll definitely stay again, and we’ll be taking the shuttle provided to the parks also

This was the nastiest place I've ever stayed. The whole hotel smelled like weed. It was beyond dirty with huge stains all over carpet in room and hallways. The front desk staff was rude. I expect more from Marriott!!

at the beginning they gave me a good price and also they tell me that I got a credit of $25 in the restaurant on my arrive but at end they charge me $25 for parking lot and $25 for the credit I didn’t use on the restaurant. .

Property is beautiful. Has much potential. The main pool is great but would be better if it were heated and not ice cold. The room was big but had a weird smell and there wasn’t one working ice machine on any of the 6 floors we checked.
