"The staff are so friendly. We had a family problem come up and had to book another night and we had no problem. Love the towels they have in the rooms so soft and the rooms are excellent. We brought to meals to make in the room have all you need in the kitchen. This was our second time back and can't wait to go back for sure."

"Pros: Property is very nice and convenient to Disney. Great value considering it’s a 2 bed/ 2 bath unit. Cons: After checking in, we were forced to attend a high pressure sales pitch on investing in their property before we were given a parking permit. This is unethical and borderlines coercion. My review would have been higher if not for this."

"My stay here was good, the facility is clean and well kept. Didn't have the need to interact with staff much except for collecting packages. My only complaint would be that the breakfast isn't good, every single day it's the same thing, there should be at least a little mix in between days. Having a waffle and egg everyday isn't very appealing. Overall i'd give it a 7. "

"Really good value. Didn’t have any issues with noise from other guests although our floor had plenty of people staying on it, breakfast was good enough, the bathroom very spacious and the beds really comfortable. In fact, we moved here after a week at a Disney hotel and the room was nicer. The air on wasn’t too loud - and definitely not set as cold as our Disney room. Storage facilities were also offered so there was nothing we were lacking. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks. "
