"This is our third time staying at Margaritaville (cottage the first time, villas the second and third time); I must say this villa was the least taken care of. It wasn’t super clean and the slider had some damage regarding opening/closing the blinds and locking/unlocking the sliding glass door. "My husband and I really like it here. Its quiet, safe and calming area. Far enough away from busy old town but walkable if you want to join the fun. Cabin was clean and bed was comfortable. My only complaint was we were by a street light post and it was like having the sun shine in our cabin all night. We had to put towels on the windows to block that light so we can sleep better. Management should really take into consideration putting up better blinds for the cabins with the brighter...

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Regal Oaks. We had a two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with private hot tub and it was perfect for our group of 4. My only critics is the hot tub cover desperately needs to be replaced (stained and cracked which would leave little pieces floating in the hot tub).
