"We had more house than we actually needed, if you are a large family or multiple people enjoying the home you will have plenty of space to share! Initially the check-in process was difficult as the AC did not work until the next day - there was an emergency line that kept going straight to voicemail and after driving from TX to stay there we were exhausted! We ended the first night with a big fan and some cool drinks. The company was efficient in arriving the next day in the late afternoon to get it working and even turned on the pool heat which I would recommend adding 10/10. The pool heat* is the only way for the soaking spa outside to be warm, and the water overlaps into the pool itself heating it pleasantly. It was extraordinary being able to swim comfortable in a pool in November :D We really loved the location with a variety of food options from Publix grocery store, quick food, to restaurants in the area. The drive to Orlando is a bit far, but easy to manage - about 1 hour. This house was the best location to be in if you enjoy privacy, your own oasis and to celebrate your vacation together without having to be in the hustle-bustle. Areas of improvements: We checked out on Monday - and was asked to take out completely filled outdoor trashcans and recycling that were already filled upon arrival. My spouse complied but he shouldn't be having to take out trash for others on vacation. "

"This is a nice place. The floor now has laminate instead of carpeting. For most people that is a plus. But for us, it made it a little hard for our elderly doggie to walk around without slipping. If your dog is not ambulation hindered, it's perfect. No steps. Elevator worked fine. Trash is picked up everyday which is great. Plenty of needed supplies stocked with enough to last until a grocery store trip can be made. Publix is very close as well as some great restaurants. We really liked Ford's Garage! It's a safe place. Nice sand vollleyball court and pool right outside of this condo. Operation of the living room TV requires someone techno savvy. We used ROKU. We'd stay there again if in the area. "
