"We were on the ground floor and it was hard to sleep because at 2am the roosters were cocka doodling. But we understand that can’t be helped. We liked our stay very much and when we return another time we will request a room on the 3rd or 4th floor and see if that would be better. We talked to people that stayed on the 4th floor and they didn’t hear the roosters😀"

"My stay was so much fun.Best Pool party's, everyday, DJ and bands. Food is amazing, breakfast and lunch. I walked to Schooners at night and to Duval Street. Staff was wonderful and friendly. I will be back. Beds were so comfortable. "

"We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! "
