"This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...

"the best part of this property is its beach. From all the options at Boca Chica, this beach appears to be the cleanest, wide, walkable beach. We love the beach. The property also is clean and well kept. The local street area is somewhat rundown but we had no safety issues. We paid extra for a balcony facing the beach and a larger room and we were very happy that we did so. We asked the service to clean our room each day and that kept the bathroom smell down. "Great location and chill hotel. Breakfast is included and is good. There were few people staying here, which meant we got the pool practically to ourselves and the beach cabanas and chairs were great too. The restaurant is ideal for dinner and there are other options up and down the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again. Golfers would especially like this place because it is right along the green around hiles 7 and 8, I believe."

"We loved the Hotel, staff, and the restaurant Yalla!! "

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There were no towels or toilet paper upon arrival, and when I requested them, dirty towels were provided. The bed was uncomfortable, curved, and didn’t fit the frame properly. The noise level was unbearable, with thin walls that didn’t block any sound, making it difficult to sleep. Not as advertised... "

"We loved the food and how quiet and peaceful it was. The nightlife and shows were a little boring but the food and amenities made up for it. I wish that we could have visited the bars and restaurants at the sister resorts and not just the club. The club was pretty lame and small but many of the other bars and showed looked like a lot of fun but we could only use the bars at the mirage. Overall it was a great trip. I loved having a Butler to help with everything, our Butler Luis was wonderful. He helped us with everything we needed from reservations to room service. Wonderful service here and beautiful weather."
