"If you want to feel like a multimillionaire for less than $4k go to the Excellence El-Carmen. They really took care of us. This was by far the best experience. They truly lived up to their name. Food: Delicious Drinks: flowing freely Service: Impeccable Rooms and facilities Amazing Beach and View: like a dream. Activities on the grounds: They were good. It wasn’t Vegas, but they gave you something to do that was entertaining and free. I have one complaint: I HAD TO LEAVE!! 😭😭"
