"Review of Excellence Punta Cana My wife and I recently celebrated my 41st birthday at Excellence Punta Cana, our first trip to the Dominican Republic. It exceeded all our expectations! After weighing the pros and cons of an all-inclusive resort versus an Airbnb, we opted for the all-inclusive experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the quality of the hotel was evident. The adults-only atmosphere was perfect for a romantic getaway, and the outstanding service made us feel special throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, with beautiful pools, easy beach access, and a fantastic selection of drinks and meals. We splurged on the VIP package, which was worth it; indulging in ribeye and tomahawk steaks every night was a highlight! Overall, our stay was nothing short of terrific. The ambiance, the weather, and the friendly staff all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Excellence Punta Cana for anyone looking to relax and celebrate in style!"

"We have been to the Mirage before and were happy we went again. The property is well laid out and beautiful, and the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. You never feel as if it is crowded, and the food options are exceptional! If anything, there are almost too many food options. The steak house has improved since our last visit and was delicious. We also made friends with Tomas the cat! "

"This property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming and have amazing energy. I felt right at home. If your looking for a family friendly resort, i highly suggest this location. There is an awesome lazy river and plenty of activities to do. The beach is beautiful with very little to no seaweed. I enjoyed all the restaurants and my favorite is seafood, which there were plenty of options. I found plenty of seating around the pool and beach area. "

"Had a great vacation at Excellence El Carmen. Quick check in. Tons of good food options—and the drinks were good. We especially enjoyed margaritas from Joan at the lobby bar, and Belen and Yudeli made sure our favorite table was waiting for us every morning at The Kitchen Table. Many other great waiters and wait staff all the restaurants—wish I could remember more names. "
