"The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....

"The property is awesome. The building is brand new and everything is really clean. The only issue is that there is a sulfur smell coming from the water plant that is across the street from the building."

"The place was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for our 3 adults 4 kids family (the 3 bedroom option). The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of stores right by the apt. Our kids also loved the private balcony pool. Just know that you will have to pay for your electricity usage. Comes out of your deposit. Wasn’t bad though. Also Daniel was highly communicative and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "We needed somewhere to stay for one night as we arrived at SJU around midnight. This place was probably less than a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport, felt safe, and was clean. Very easy to get into and the host had great communication. "

The room was clean, the grounds were beautiful and the attention to detail in everything here was noticed! We didn’t have to leave our room. No one would be disappointed staying here. Safe, clean, good food, friendly service. Impressed and would stay here again. "
