The beach and pool area was very nice however service was slow while trying to order anything at the pool or beach. The staff working at the front desk were lovely and hospitable. "Very nice. Nothing fancy but very relaxing. The best calm beaches nearby. Not a traditional hotel with daily service, but anything needed..towels, soap, services, just need to ask. On a windy day, their beach was still calm. Splash restaurant has the best conch chowder...nice staff available to help at any time.. the only downside were the sand flies...must bring repellant everywhere.. overall..GREAT PLACE"

"You have to have realistic expectations about this island. This is a 3 Star Hotel that can easily become 4 with a few small changes. Changes: slightly friendly front desk assistance, working stove at the cottages, working fan in living room at cottages. ability to charge to your room while being at the Beach Club. "We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Atlantis. It is beautiful here. The hotel, the beach, the pool area were so nice. Everything is convenient and walkable if you want to go to the other hotels and use their pools or the water parks, a shuttle bus takes you to and from each place every 7 minutes 24 hours a day. Yes food is expensive for sure but if you get a good deal on hotels and flights splurging on food is worth it. The staff was great the room was clean and we had a kitchenette and fridge....
