"I stayed at Aaron's cottage for two nights and it was a great experience. The cottage was cozy, equipped with all the amenities you could need. It had AC, fans, hot water, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette and full bathroom. The place is easy to find and there is a nice beach within walking distance. The place is ideal for staying in the Hilo area or for day trips to Volcanoes National Park, or drive to the top of Mauna Kea (4WD required). "We enjoyed our stay and we are already planning our trip to come back. Even with ongoing renovations the staff was amazing. Our room’s air conditioner was not working and we traveled with a baby. Grace was amazing and quickly moved us to a room with a balcony so that we keep the room at a favorable temp for our child. We loved it!! Thank you to all the friendly staff! "
