"The only negative I can think of is you have to wait a few minutes for hot water in the shower but that is pretty normal. Everything is so nice - we had a sleep comfort bed adjustable both sides and there is a wonderful common area for kitchen and washer/dryer. We used the beach chairs and cooler with ice packs for our trip to the beach. Randy is an amazing excellent host. Cats were fun to be around and they hang around looking for any affection you can offer. Would stay again for sure"

"Beautiful location, large unit. No AC, but it wasnt uncomfortable at night. The init wasnt as nicely decorated as other places but that worked for us since we were traveling with our one year old daughter. The grounds were gorgeous though! "

"My wife and I stayed at Royal Palms from November 8 to November 11 and had a wonderful time! Check in was very easy. A warm welcome note with a scrumptious fruit basket set a welcoming ohana feeling that was just right. "We did enjoy our stay with some minor improvements needed. Number one impressive kitchen from photos but oven and cooktop were difficult to operate. We never did get either ovens to work. Poorly out fitted no vegetable peeler or box grater. Blender was broken and three chipped wine glasses only. This was rectified within 24 hours. No plastic ware for outdoor pool area. "We stayed here because it is close to family and are so glad we did! Very well equipped and comfortable home in a quiet setting. The kitchen is one of the best equipped ones we’ve ever had.
