"Lovely cottage separate from the owners house but on the same lot. Great views of the ocean and sunrise. Well equipped kitchenette for self-catering as there are not many restaurants near by, however there is a grocery store in the next town over. Nice to hear the frogs at night, was very soothlng. Morning will bring sounds of cockerels so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. There is a fairly soft double mattress and a say bed, making this a perfect getaway for a couple. "

"Rachel’s quaint on-site guest house is a peaceful retreat on the Hamakua Coast, magnificent lanai and ocean view. The vintage house has had some updates and is fairly comfortable and reasonably stocked, wry clean. Rachel was a delight to meet, and very quietly respectful of our property. It is about 5-10 min drive outside of Honoka’a, which is a cute town (although no dinner restaurants!).Rachel’s pool looked very nice, hot tub is not working but we were out exploring most of our days. 15 min...
