The home is very well equipped with all you need in a kitchen, swimming pool, outdoor living in front of the home on the ocean & outdoor living in the back allowing for more privacy but still with a small ocean view. You are about 30 big steps to the oceans edge with constant ocean waves! Location is fabulous but if you don’t have a car bring your walking legs! "Relaxing and lovely spot, can’t beat the beautiful beach right out the door with pelicans floating by. Setting is definitely unique, but friendly and chill and the space very comfortable. In particular we really enjoyed the pool for our 2 year old. Some minor mishaps in communication ahead of check in but they were resolved with care and responsiveness, and we got to thoroughly enjoy the weekend. "
