"Mountain house was an oasis that had us wish we were staying longer. Great setup with the two bedrooms and their own bathrooms. Calm, quiet, and a great view. The restaurant in the neighborhood was great for when we didn't want to cook and the pool at the house was great to hang out in with a cocktail. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and cookware. Will definitely be back!"

"The property is one of the best I have stayed at. Well kept and in a beautiful secluded location. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance that are pretty unique but other than that not much going on which is exactly what we were looking for. The Kayaks were great to use for a quick paddle out to some amazing snorkeling on the reef."

"We chose to stay mid island for the past few nights of our trip so we could experience more local culture in the middle and East End. We had no problem locating the house. We asked for directions a few times and everyone was very helpful. We chose this accommodation due to its views and proximity to a swimming beach. Upon arriving we noticed the construction of new homes is blocking the views to the sea from the main floor. You can still see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom decks, however....

"The views from the pool and patio area are amazing. We enjoyed looking out and watching the boats and wildlife. Stephanie is the best host we've ever had. She is incredibly responsive and so accommodating. Shortly after we booked our trip, she sent us a guide that was incredibly helpful in planning our trip.The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. A short 5 minute kayak ride to the famous mangroves, and through the mangroves to a plethora of restaurants and bars. The location is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the West Island. It is 30 minutes to French Harbour however the roads are very bumpy with numerous potholes for the last 15 minutes to...

"Our large family group enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Bay. As native Hondurans, the property was reminiscent of the natural flora and flauna that has been removed from more popular parts of the islands. The more natural feel was accompanied by an increased wildlife presence which has its pros and cons. Management was very responsive and the restaurant food was really good. We used the dive shop to go snorkeling which was also a 5 star experience. It was the little things that made this a 4 star...
