"We had 6 adults and 6 kids under 10 years old. We had more than enough room to sprawl out in this huge house. Very good ac. We loved the pool and it was perfect for our two 3 year-olds with the wading area. Nice patio furniture to relax, read, watch the kids in the pool. Very good eating arrangement. Some suggestions for where to catch the bus would be helpful. Trying to negotiate the bus with small kids is difficult. We rented a van, but that is also a problem with minimal parking at...

"The property is indeed as lovely as the pictures show. All 4 bedrooms have great mattresses, full ensuite bathrooms (toilet side trash cans have multiple extra bags - great since you can't flush TP), safes, beach towels, toiletries, plenty of closet and drawer space, and their own remote controlled AC units. Upstairs MBR has linen curtains and faces east, so be prepared for a bright room in the AM. You have amazing views of the sunrise over the Caribbean, though, and there are 3 lounge chairs +...

"The property is very beautiful, right on the water, and couldn't be nicer. Fresh flowers and a cleaning twice were welcome and unexpected. Sofia was extremely easy to communicate with and was even able to procure some snacks and groceries for us before we arrived. The only issue is that the listing shows a washer and dryer, but we found out after arrival that it wasn't for guest use. I'd suggest adjusting the listing to be more accurate. "

"I highly recommend this house for your stay on Isla Mujeres! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. Every room is a master suite allowing for personal space and privacy. A great common area for us to be together as well. The pool was awesome! Our kids wanted to swim after we returned home from a day of fun and the pool was great! "Beautiful ocean views in a quiet neighborhood, while still minutes away from the city and fun activities. The house was perfect for a large group. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!"

"The property is new and will be very nice as they work through several “new home” issues. They addressed plumbing issues half way through our stay which were much needed. The rooftops are not yet finished and marginally useful. The housekeeping was not as frequent as described on listing bit well dome when there. Will be a great property when it is matched to the description online."

"The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation,...

"It’s a total scam the the king size bed is two síngal beds in one! The locating is not we’re they say it was. It’s old and outdated place. Cockroaches everywhere and place in no good don’t recommend "
