Cons: the hot water wasn’t turned on but was easily rectified after talking to the owner. Some parts of the house could use maintenance and deeper cleaning. Overall was a great stay! "

All 4 bedrooms have great mattresses, full ensuite bathrooms (toilet side trash cans have multiple extra bags - great since you can't flush TP), safes, beach towels, toiletries, plenty of closet and drawer space, and their own remote controlled AC units. Upstairs MBR has linen curtains and faces east, so be prepared for a bright room in the AM. You have amazing views of the sunrise over the Caribbean, though, and there are 3 lounge chairs +...

"Clean beautiful home with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. We loved the rooftop views, but spent the majority of our time while at the house in the infinity pool.Great location on the island! Communication was always prompt. Could use some extra towels and maybe a dust mop vs just a broom as sand tracks in easily but overall would absolutely return."

The Treehouse is the opposite: while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. "This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "
