"The house was beautiful, three of the four rooms with an amazing view. It was very quiet and peaceful. There were many areas to spend time together as a group. there are lots of stairs though so be prepared to have some exercise. When the power went out, which can happen, there was a backup generator. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. It surpassed our expectations. We will definitely visit again."

"This is my second time staying at this beautiful home in San Juan del Sur. My family and I had a great time during our way too short 3 night stay. "We loved this house. It had everything we needed while we stayed in Granada. It was extremely comfortable and all parts of the house were cozy. "We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!"

"The pictures do no justice. This is a fantastic property. Perfectly located in walking distance to everything. Enough space to spread out. The hospitality of Marvin and others was nothing short of superb. I cannot recommend this home enough. Would definitely stay again."

"La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%."
