"Perfect Isla Mujeres location in the middle of Playa Norte and a half block walk to Hidalgo Street for restaurants and shopping. Very easy vacation to just walk off the ferry and not use anything but your own 2 feet for everywhere you need to go. Family loved it - especially the Nachos Kalak from the hotel cafe. Plus the nightly marquesitas vendors down the street. What more do you need? "

"We stayed here for it's location and it did not disappoint. It's right on the public beach and its worth it. The rooms are very basic; keep your expectations low. Older reviews mentioned not having hot water but we had hot water shower both days of our stay. Yes, the water pressure is bad but we didn't care. It was enough for us. They provide basic breakfast: coffee/tea, bread, and toast in a nearby beach restaurant. We splurged and got fancy breakfast, and it was worth it. They had construction being done, looks like they are upgrading. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend. Just don't go hoping for 5-star quality and be disappointed!"

"The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the courtyard and Gulf. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to reserve a scuba diving excursion onsite and taxis wait right outside. There’s a cute town within walking distance and less than 10 minutes from the downtown/ferry and north beach. The food was okay. We found a few dishes we liked. Beautiful sunset on the small beach area. "

"It’s a short walk to the ferry port and close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. The taqueria around the corner was awesome so is the coffee shop across the street. We will be back. "

"Second time we stayed here and loved it even morel. The staff is great, food in the restaurant excellent and very reasonable. Breakfast is included and very generous in portions and choices. Balcony rooms facing the water are roomy and nice. And the views stunning. The water and snorkling are great."

"Not a 5 star. But the rooms are nice enough with cold ac. The Hotel has walking access (literally thru a few palm trees) to North beach. Which is why I assume you are visiting Isla. Cant beat the location. Up against the beach and walking distance to restaurants."
