"Carlos is a great host, very personable, and can speak English. This location is super prime because it is steps from Plaza Grande (the main park and cathedral in downtown Merida). Our suite was equipped with a kitchenette so we were able to make some of our meals in and save money! The kitchenette was equipped with a coffee maker, blender, pots, a pan, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, and basic utensils. This loft is Merida's best kept secret, and has very reasonable rates!"

"Property is exactly as shown. Safe location, spent nights on the patio well into the night. In fact, other than (friendly) dogs barking ALOT the neighborhood was very quiet. The houses across the street came to life on the weekend and we were told they were people who live in Merida and come for the weekend. There is an Oxxo within walking distance which is helpful. Pao's for breakfast is a must - also within walking distance. A beautiful, comfortable rental."

"This boutique is a block or so from Paseo de Montejo. My favorite street in Merida. GREAT location. Walkable to everything. Tons of restaurants. Nelson, the manager, was so welcoming, hospitable, helpful, thorough and highly communicative. It’s a lovely, quirky layout that worked perfectly for me. Definitely one of my favorite places now. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic...
