"Quiet hotel on outskirts of Liverpool docks"

"Upon check in I was greeted by Zoe who offered a very warm welcome to the hotel. She was very caring and considerate. I was offered late check out also by becoming a member of Accor which was excellent as I had some online meetings in the morning and midday. The bed was very very comfy. The room was spotless. The pillows were also of good quality alongside the bedding itself. The room service menu however was quite limited, as you'd expect for an overnight hotel menu, however it seemed quite...

"We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly and polite. Bed seemed like it slanted slightly so wasnt the best nights sleep. Also for the cost i would of expected to at least get a complimentary bottle of water. Location was also great . So overall we had a pleasant stay."
