"Front desk surprised me with a note & a bottle of wine for my birthday, as well as an early check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Only pit to this stay was that we were in an adjoining room so we felt like we had to be extra quiet. I should’ve looked into that before booking. "

"Very nice clean room. The cocktail hour and breakfast room was way too small but it could be a temporary room due to construction. Also there was a bit of a wait time for the elevator due to only one working. "

"It’s a very trendy vibe and great break from the standard downtown efficiency hotel room. The room has a weird layout/furnishing for some, but the only real problem we had with it was an unpleasant chemical odor (did it come from the carpet or the air duct? We couldn’t tell.) we told someone about it when we left but didn’t hear back or anything. The windows fortunately open. "Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay again! The rooms were so clean and cozy — the perfect place to unwind after I had been running around the city all day. The staff was also so friendly as well. I have to give Graciela a big shout out — I left my glasses in the lobby while I was checking out, she was so understanding and made it possible that I could get my glasses shipped to me within a few hours. Thank you!!"
