The staff was super accommodating. We got in way late, and we were super road worn and were able to check in after 11. The concierge(Lori?) placed the flowers I got for my girlfriend in our room for us, and I assume added all these candle(LED) for ambience...it was very nice. Nick, the bartender and the female bartender(never got her name), were very hospitable and very good hangs. The server for breakfast on Monday morning(12/23) was super nice, very prompt with service, and all around pleasant. Thank you for a genuinely great experience.

The view from our room was amazing, but the property itself needs some renovation done, the bed had a nasty smell like old furniture, was hard to fall asleep due to it.

If you do not want to pay $84 a night to park here please book somewhere else. The hotel is suppose to be luxury but to a trained eye, it was not clean. The mirrors were dusty, paint spills, chipped furniture, and a weird smell when you first entire the room. The beds were nice though and the water pressure was great. Breakfast is extremely expensive as well so you’d be better including it in your stay or going out for breakfast because the menu isn’t worth it. It was quiet near the rooms and they played good music at night over the weekend I stayed there. I’d never book here again though.

this hotel has gone downhill since 2021 when our friends had their wedding there. the pool had an overwhelming smell of chlorine with zero ventilation, and visible mold growing all over the ceiling, walls, etc. our room was literally next to the elevator shaft so we heard the elevators moving up and down the entire night. the only good thing they have going is the view. obnoxious rap music blasting in the lobby. zero christmas decorations. so many better hotels to stay at downtown this one is not it.
