"I loved everything about this property, except the price of parking my car. My wife and I stayed when attending a show at the Avalon theatre. Was super convenient, with the covered walkway to the Fallsview Hotel!"

"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. I would probably come back here but hope these observations can be improved. "

"The courtyards are very kids friendly! Our kids did drawing and group games with others in the courtyard. My daughter even became a "new best friend". They already asked to go again! I hope the owner would invest more to the facilities and the staff. "
