"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "This hotel had an excellent price point for starters. It is conveniently located within Niagara Falls and walkable distance to all of the activities, including the Falls. The room was large and super clean. The amenities in the room included a microwave and bar fridge. The amenities at the hotel included a workout room and pool. Breakfast was also included. The breakfast area was well stocked and it was tasty. Fresh baked cookies were also put out at reception for guests at 2 PM and coffee...

"The staff were incredible! These were some of the kindest, genuine people I've ever met. The inside was very clean every time we came down, which says a lot considering how much snow and salt were outside. One of our best experiences. "

"This hotel had an excellent price point for starters. It is conveniently located within Niagara Falls and walkable distance to all of the activities, including the Falls. The room was large and super clean. The amenities in the room included a microwave and bar fridge. The amenities at the hotel included a workout room and pool. Breakfast was also included. The breakfast area was well stocked and it was tasty. Fresh baked cookies were also put out at reception for guests at 2 PM and coffee was always available. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. This included Samantha at reception who welcomed us when we arrived midday, the lady who managed the breakfast area and another staff member who was at reception in the evening. I would recommend staying here for anyone. Hopefully we will get an opportunity to return."
