"Superb hotel. Great room and wonderful service. Perfect location for exploring Evanston and the north side of Chicago. The only downside was bathroom door in our room got stuck and was difficult to open. Resolved the problem ourselves and didn't discuss with the hotel staff."

"The cleaning staff was very loud in the morning - before 7am when a lot of folks were still sleeping. Also the elevator to the parking garage was out of service for the three days we were there which meant walking a block outside - they should let people know that when they book in the event they have mobility issues."
