"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to...

"Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "

"I really like staying in the Time Square area of Manhattan and Hampton Inn was an ideal location, close to transportations, dining, entertainment, ect. Staff were very nice and hotel/rooms were very clean. Some improvements are needed for breakfast as it is quite basic. I will definitely come back."
