"This hotel is a hidden gem. We chose the Romer because we needed 2 queen beds and that is very difficult to find in Manhattan. The location was perfect for us at it was .5 miles from Central Park and .5 miles to Times Square. It is just steps away from the theatre district. There is also a subway station across the street on all the direct lines up and down town. The hotel looked newly remodeled. Very clean, great service, if a little slow. "Great location - close to Times Square if you want to do tourist-type stuff. Easy to find, the building is understandably older and the bathroom was kinda rough but I felt safe and would stay here again. Came down with 10yo for her birthday. "

"Hotel was very clean and location very convenient. We traveled with our teenage kids and loved that it's next to a great pizza place. Very easy access to Times Square and subways! Room was a good size and staff was very kind and happy to help. They also offer airport service on a fancy escalade for the same price you would uber or Lyft. And they have it ready for you! GREAT STAY!"
