"The hotel was very well situated to Cabot Circus with redeemable free parking. The staff seemed genuinely happy and helpful towards us. They guided us through our stay providing information when required. The rooms were modern, clean, tidy and fault free. They do not iron the bed linen, however a quick check with reception satisfied us that it was cleaned for our visit. The bed was large enough, I believe a super king-size, although for us, very soft. "The hotel was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food served in the restaurant was basic but well priced and prepared well. The onsite parking is free and very convenient. My only issue was the bathroom was tiny! I am 6”5 and when I stood in the shower my head touched the shower head which cannot be moved, I could not sit on the toilet with the bathroom door closed, if you are tall this can be quite uncomfortable. "
