"We always stay at the Future Inn when in Bristol. We must have stayed over 20 times and we are never disappointed. For the price of a room, which is very reasonable, you also get free parking which makes it excellent value. The staff have always been helpful. And the super king sized beds are a real bonus. "

"Hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants, bars and activities in short walking distance. The car park is convenient, literally next door with direct access from each floor. My room was comfortable, but quite small for the price. Noise insulation wasn’t great, lots of street noise and I could hear every word from the TV in the next room. "

"Having booked a twin room, we ended up with a double bed and a not so comfortable double sofa bed rather than the twin singles we’d booked. Not impressed with the breakfast food either. However, couldn’t fault the staff. All helpful and polite. "

"Great location overlooking the water if you pick the right room. It’s an old building so a bit tired in places but very good value and an excellent breakfast "

"Lovely place, great facilities. I would recommend it. Only downfalls are poor illumination at night driving in and sign posting for disability access is nowhere to be seen. the duvet is luxury but only suitable if it’s -5c we both was burning up with the heat. But other than that all good. Breakfast was cheap and plentiful, was a nice surprise "

"The rooms were clean but there was no housekeeping available during the three nights of our stay. We had to ask for more milk and tea which was not a problem. No breakfast was available, but dinner was. This was of good quality for the price. The rooms are slightly tired, but probably suffering from lack of use during Covid restrictions. "The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you"
