Its ok having pretty girls on reception but not if they dont know hospitality "

"- customer service lacking - no luggage trolley - no room allocated, waited up to 15 mins for check in - Room dusty, and bathroom had not been cleaned at all - dried urine on floor and toilet - key card not working - rooms a bit of a maze - townhouse room - could hear the neighbours - parking supposed to be free, but received a parking ticket which now having to challenge"

"Friendly welcoming staff at reception & bar. The hotel has been refurbished since we last stayed & it's vastly improved the rooms & all areas. Only suggestion for improvement would be 2 pillows & bigger towels, but otherwise enjoyed our stay & would stop again"
